It was love at first sight for Ann + Coco 🐾
In July of 2021, Ann and partner AJ went on a puppy date hosted by the puppy’s foster family – the Nashes. AJ specifically told Ann not to get her hopes up, because there was no way they were getting a puppy in the peak of wedding season.
After some cuddles, ankle biting by the pups, sharing food and priceless moments with the team, Ann and AJ headed home. Shortly after, AJ told Ann to “do whatever it takes to get that puppy!” And on August 5th, 2022, Ann and AJ picked up Coco from the Winnipeg Humane Society and brought him home.
Coco has since become Ann’s bestie, keeping her company during the wee hours of the night while wedding planning for her clients at Ann + Co. He reminds her to take breaks, to stop and smell the roses, to laugh and to be present. The beautiful bond and friendship they have is what inspired Ann to launch Ann + Coco.
